Mitchell Humphrey

Since 1977, Mitchell Humphrey has been specializing in the delivery of comprehensive accounting solutions to both public and private sector organizations. Their clients include mid-sized to large companies, government, and education and not-for-profit organizations.

FMS II is an integrated suite of web-enabled, client-server accounting systems designed for windows 2000/NT and HP e3000 platforms. REJIS and Mitchell Humphrey are pleased to offer government agencies an opportunity to benefit from the high end functionality of the FMS II Accounting System without incurring the upfront costs associated with hardware and software purchases or upgrades, and without taking on the administrative responsibilities of running the software server to support end users.

As a Certified Partner, REJIS has demonstrated expertise with Microsoft technologies and proven ability to meet customer needs. Microsoft Certified Partners receive a rich set of benefits, including access, training and support, giving them a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

As one of the requirements for earning Certified Partner status, REJIS has declared a Microsoft Competency. Microsoft Competencies are designed to help differentiate a partner's capabilities with specific Microsoft technologies to customers looking for a particular type of solution. Each competency has a unique set of requirements and benefits, formulated to accurately represent the specific skills and services that partners bring to the technology industry.

REJIS has proven proficiency in implementing solutions based on Microsoft's Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server 2008 Operating Systems. These implementations may include crafting solutions that connect Windows-based servers, PC locations and the Internet; installing a server farm; or building a small-business Windows Server stand-alone solution that includes file and print capabilities.

The Missouri Bar

MoBar Net is a service offered by the Missouri Bar for its members since 1991. It provides access to court, Missouri driver history and other public record information. MoBar Net is used by over 900 law firms located throughout the State of Missouri.

MoBar Net had its genesis in the General Practice Committee of The Missouri Bar. Several years ago, members of this committee recognized the need for attorneys to make information technology an integral part of their practice. The Bar's Board of Governors supported this initiative through an evaluation of the feasibility of offering its members an electronic information service. The ensuing evaluation resulted in The Bar's approval of the concept and the decision to engage REJIS (Regional Justice Information Service) to provide technical support for this service now called MoBar Net.
